Our fund operates as both a private equity fund and a private equity real estate fund, providing a unique investment opportunity. As a private equity fund, we focus on investing 20% of our capital in small to mid-sized businesses, providing them with the resources they need to grow and succeed. This aspect allows us to support entrepreneurs and foster innovation across various industries.
At the same time, we function as a private equity real estate fund, allocating 80% of our capital to real estate investments. This enables us to acquire, manage, and develop properties. By combining these two strategies, we create a balanced portfolio that seeks to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
